01/Ecosystem
A shared home, not a single mould.
The ambition is a curated open-source ecosystem for products that increase human capability while preserving participation and agency.
02/Current reality
Today, Protagonist has one active first-party product and one first-party concept. Shared identity, billing, credits, metering and third-party participation do not yet exist.
The intended model is documented now so real products can grow toward it without pretending the infrastructure is already here.
03/Intended model
Common infrastructure where it reduces real friction.

- 01
One relationship
Over time, people should not need a new account and payment relationship for every product.
- 02
Shared credits
A future credit balance could work across products so spending follows actual utility.
- 03
Product independence
Each product keeps its identity, domain logic, boundaries and appropriate experience.
- 04
Curated participation
Aligned independent products may eventually join, rather than an unrestricted marketplace.
04/Economics
Usage over manufactured recurrence.
The intended commercial direction is usage-based rather than a separate subscription for every tool. A shared credit balance could eventually let spending follow actual utility.
The financial, accounting, legal and operational model remains unresolved. This is a principle, not an offer currently available.
05/Nested ecosystems
Products need not share identical internal models. Momentum, for example, could remain a simple treadmill application while offering first-party virtual worlds from Protagonist and, eventually, worlds made by independent 3D artists.
That creator marketplace is an intended product model, not a live capability. Its tooling, commercial terms and governance have not been designed.
